The following constitutes the Terms and Conditions of business between Whiteware Solutions Ltd, the Supplier of goods and services and you, the Customer.

Payment

We operate a cash/eftpos/ online payment policy. Payment in full is required at the time of completion or as soon as the appliance/ part is collected. Unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.

Ownership

Any goods and materials supplied by Whiteware Solutions Ltd shall remain our property until paid for in full. If any money remains unpaid or you are in breach of any obligation to us, we are authorised by you to enter your premises to recover and resell any or all of those goods and materials.

Safety

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove appliances such as clothes dryers and range-hoods from the wall in preparation for servicing.

The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the appliance and providing proper facilities to enable our technicians to carry out the necessary work.

Prior to the commencement of any work, the customer shall inform Whiteware Solutions Ltd  of any hazards in the ‘work area’ to which our technicians may be exposed whilst working on the customer’s premises.

Timely Completion of Work

Whiteware Solutions Ltd will complete the work within a reasonable time and will endeavour to meet any target date the customer makes known to us. Should it be necessary to work outside ordinary working hours to meet the customer’s completion target or due to any other circumstances outside our control, the customer shall be liable for any extra cost incurred. Whiteware Solutions Ltd are not liable for any delay or damage caused directly or indirectly by weather conditions, labour disputes, strikes, accidents, fire, failure of the manufacturer/supplier to deliver parts and any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty

Whiteware Solutions Ltd guarantee that we will remedy any defective workmanship and replace any faulty material that is reported to us within 90 days of completion of the work. This performance guarantee does not extend to any goods or materials supplied by the customer. In the case of work covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, this warranty is in addition to any rights the customer may have under the Act.

Disputes

All disputes or differences arising in connection with work done or payments charged should be raised in writing within 7 days of work being carried out.
